We accidentally went through the back when drilling the bridge ground hole (oops!) and it has been patched. There are also a couple of small knots on the back. Perfect body for painting. See additional images. Price reduced.
The BYO-JBass will easily accomodate any of today's music styles, being limited only by your imagination!
The Jazz Bass has a different set of tricks up its sleeve. Two Single Coil Jazz pickups are controlled by a pair of volume knobs (one for each pickup) and a tone control.
The J Bass is a bit brighter, and offers more flexibility thanks to its dual pickups. Jazz players love it for its velvet-smooth tones, but cranking the pickups will bring growl that any rock bassist will find more than usable.
You can upgrade your body to a BYO Basswood Body and we will make one for you, with no sanding sealer on the body. This will make finishing with any alcohol based or penetrating dyes a whole lot easier!
