Return Policy



It is our goal to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are dissatisfied for any reason during the first 30 days after you have received your order, you may request a refund or exchange.

All return requests are subject to approval. To request a return authorization, log into your account and view your orders. Select the order you are interested in returning and view the details. Check each item from the order that you would like to return and click the Request Return button.

If you do not have an account, please send an e-mail to sales@byoguitar.com with your order number, name, address, phone number, products ordered and reason for return.

Once you have a return authorization number (RMA #), enclose a copy of your RMA, original receipt, and return the unaltered product in its original packaging. Including all parts, manuals and packaging.

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the package is received and inspected.

Please note: We can process returns and refunds only on items that are unaltered. The guitar parts or kit must be in original condition without any modifications. Refunds may be allowed for partial credit depending on sale-ability and condition.

Return shipping charges are not refundable.
