High gloss Tobacco Burst finish on Alder body with quilted maple top.

Our replacement Strat® bodies are designed for use with a pickguard and a Strat® style tremolo. The "universal" bridge and neck position pickup cavities will fit standard humbuckers and single-coil pickups for a wide variety of pickup configurations.

Alder is the classic Strat body wood, dating back to the late 1950's. Alder is found in more 3 single coil, double cut-away guitars than any other. It produces that signature warm and mellow vintage Strat tone. The sound is a thicker, midrange tone and it is very full in the low midrange but still produces enough upper midrange to be clear and articulate.
